1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Globe MDs ("the Platform"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, please do not use the Platform.

These terms apply to all users of the Platform, including physicians, patients, healthcare recruiters, and business users. Your continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of any modifications to these terms.

2. User Accounts and Registration

2.1 Account Creation

To access certain features of the Platform, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

2.2 Physician Verification

Physicians must undergo identity and credential verification before accessing full platform features. You agree to provide valid medical licenses, certifications, and identification documents as required. Providing false or misleading information may result in immediate account termination.

2.3 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify Globe MDs of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

3. User Conduct and Responsibilities

3.1 Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
• Post or transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable
• Interfere with or disrupt the Platform or servers or networks connected to the Platform
• Use the Platform for any unauthorized commercial purposes
• Collect or store personal data about other users without their express permission
• Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any other malicious code

3.2 Professional Conduct

Healthcare professionals using the Platform must adhere to applicable professional standards, ethical guidelines, and regulations governing their practice. The Platform does not replace professional judgment or established doctor-patient relationships.

4. Medical Disclaimer

Globe MDs is a networking and information platform and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The Platform facilitates connections between healthcare professionals and provides educational resources, but does not constitute a doctor-patient relationship.

Any health-related information on the Platform is for informational purposes only and should not be considered medical advice. Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition.

E-consultations facilitated through the Platform are subject to additional terms and conditions and must comply with applicable telemedicine regulations in relevant jurisdictions.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

5.1 Platform Content

All content on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, images, software, and other materials, is the property of Globe MDs or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

5.2 User Content

You retain ownership of content you post on the Platform. However, by posting content, you grant Globe MDs a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and distribute such content in connection with operating and promoting the Platform.

5.3 Research and Publications

Research papers, medical guidelines, and other professional content shared on the Platform remain the property of their respective authors and publishers. Users must respect copyright and licensing terms when accessing and sharing such content.

6. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data, including health information, in compliance with applicable data protection laws including HIPAA, GDPR, and other relevant regulations.

7. Payment and Subscription Terms

7.1 Membership Plans

Globe MDs offers various membership plans with different features and pricing. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to pay all applicable fees as described at the time of purchase.

7.2 Billing and Renewals

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) and will automatically renew unless you cancel your subscription before the renewal date. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

7.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will retain access to paid features until that time.

7.4 Fee Changes

GlobeMDs reserves the right to change its fee structure — including membership subscription prices, credential verification fees, consultation administrative fees, and recruiter plan pricing — at any time and without prior notice.

All fees displayed on the Platform, including on the Services & Fees page and the membership upgrade flow, reflect current pricing at the time of display and are subject to change at GlobeMDs' sole discretion.

The following clarifications apply:

• Existing subscribers: Any fee change affecting your active subscription will apply at the start of your next billing cycle. You will not be charged a new rate mid-cycle.
• New subscribers: The price displayed at the time of checkout is the price you will be charged for that billing period.
• One-time fees (e.g., credential verification): The fee in effect at the time you submit your application is the fee you will be charged.
• Consultation admin fees: The applicable admin fee percentage (if any) is determined by your membership tier at the time the consultation takes place.

Continued use of the Platform following any fee adjustment constitutes your acceptance of the revised pricing. If you do not agree to a fee change, you may cancel your subscription before the next billing cycle begins. Cancellations are subject to Section 7.3 above.

GlobeMDs will make reasonable efforts to communicate material fee changes by updating the Services & Fees page and, where practicable, by notifying affected users via the email address associated with their account. However, such notification is not guaranteed and does not constitute a condition of the fee change taking effect. This section was last reviewed on April 13, 2026.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GLOBE MDS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

Globe MDs does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information on the Platform and is not responsible for any errors or omissions in content posted by users or third parties.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid to Globe MDs in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Globe MDs, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.

10. Termination

Globe MDs reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including if we believe you have violated these Terms of Service.

Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

11. Dispute Resolution

11.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Globe MDs is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11.2 Arbitration

Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable arbitration association, except where prohibited by law. You waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action lawsuit.

12. Changes to Terms

Globe MDs reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated Terms on the Platform and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

14. Miscellaneous

14.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices published on the Platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and Globe MDs regarding your use of the Platform.

14.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect.

14.3 Waiver

No waiver of any term of these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term, and Globe MDs's failure to assert any right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
